- VMC will be the recipient of any shop sales and payments made and you will be paid directly from VMC within 30 days.
- You hereby confirm that you are not legally bound by any agreement that is in conflict with your engagement with VMC. we cannot be held liable for a breach outside our domain.
- You hereby confirm that you will take all reasonable steps to fulfill the product you are obligated to the VMC fan base as indicated by you in this application.
